This
so-called “rabbi” charged a WIDOW with TRESPASSING when he barred her
from the YOUNG ISRAEL Aish of Las Vegas after she stopped donating to
the YI when the “rabbi” tried to force her to bury her husband in a
cemetery from which he received kickbacks.
He was excommunicated when he refused to obey a summons to Bet Din. The
excommunication was removed but then reinstated when the “rabbi”
reneged on the Bet Din’s condition that the trespassing charges be
dropped. Seven years ago NATIONAL COUNCIL of YOUNG ISRAEL committed
FORGERY to hide the EXCOMMUNICATION of the “rabbi” of its Las Vegas

Theseruvfrom 6 MarCheshvan 5765 was mistakenly removed on 1 Kislev 5765 based on
Rabbi P. Steinberg's testimony that Yitzchak Wyne did not receive theHazmonos(Yitz Wyne lied to him) and
the promise by Young Israel the trespassing charges against Mrs. Shalov would be dropped.
Theseruvon 11 Tevet 5765specifically says it was reinstated because
the original seruv "was mistakenly removed due to incorrect testimony by Rabbi P. S." (Peretz Steinberg)
Young Israel reneged.The trespassing charges against Mrs. Susan Shalov were not dropped!
Rabbi Peretz Steinberg is NOT qualified to tell anyone the seruv is invalid:
He is a single person telling people to disobey a Bet Din of 8dayanim
He gave testimony to that Bet Din and accepted their removal of the originalseruvso he is obligated to accept theirpsakthat they later determined his testimony was incorrect. Even though he feels he testified correctly he has no right to tell anyone to ignore the seruv on 11 Tevet 5765 since it is on the same case from the same Bet Din whose psak he accepted on 1 Kislev.

If this is Halacha regarding a private shul, HOW DARE A YOUNG ISRAEL SYNAGOGUE BAN A WIDOW OR ANYONE ELSE WHO IS NOT EXCOMMUNICATED FROM DAVENING IN A PUBLIC BRANCH OF YOUNG ISRAEL?!
There are many Kosher-style
eateries around the country that appear kosher. That's the problem. They
are only kosher in appearance but not in reality. They may get their
meats from a kosher supplier but then they cook it on Shabbos. In most cases frum people know to avoid such places because they lack any hechsher. But what happens in a case where the place has a name like Young Israel of Las Vegas that did serve food cooked on Shabbos to the congregation and
guests at the direct instruction of the "rabbi" who said at the time"just serve it-no one will know about it".

My husband called in Mr. Wyne and this was his response"just serve it-no one will know about it". There were witnesses to this. After this incident my husband approached Mr. Wyne privately with a Mishna Brurah and was told "just put that book away!".
The same applies to their so called eruv. Oh yes, the lechai'inand lintels of wire are there. But theochelis in an inaccessible place and the "owner" has proven he will be angry if it is eaten by those he hates and bars from "his" YOUNG ISRAELsynagogue. YOUNG ISRAEL of Las Vegas only "appears" to have an eruv. But in reality its eruvis as kosher as those kosher-stylerestaurants that cook on Shabbos.
It also needs to be remembered that since the leader of the synagogue is excommunicated, it is not possible to enter "his" premises and still follow the Halachos of ShulchanAruch, Yoreh Deah section 334 as stated on the seruv issued by Bais Din. Shulchan Aruch/Orach Chaim/366:5 It must be the case that no one will get angry if his friend eats his eruv.
If he will get angry, it is not an eruv.Because of this, one should be careful not to make
an eruv with something made for Shabbat.

lost before it got dark, and it is impossible to remove the eruv without doing definite

Why does the current President of NCYI who is now responsible for the organizationalso continueto allow the fraudulent, wicked and heretical activities of YOUNG ISRAEL of Las Vegas???
A year previously on his Feb 14, 2010 KDWN radio show, Rabbi Wyne said "if you want the girl of your dreams, don't bother with romance, KNOCK HER UP". It was crude, extremely offensive and certainly not befitting anyone using the title "Rabbi" especially of a Young Israel synagogue and ordained by Aish HaTorah. National Council of Young Israel had a recording of the show sent to them by their own Vice President, Farley Weiss, yet did nothing about it then just as they did nothing to enforce the excommunication nor a year later when Wyne said "the Torah does NOT prohibit prostitution".
He DISTORTS AND FALSIFIES THE WORDS OF THE TORAH PUBLICLY ON THE RADIO WITH LIES SAYING Deuteronomy 23:18 does NOT prohibit prostitution! Read the story of Yehudah and Tamar (with Rashi so you see the whole story and not the distortion presented by his co-host Peter) and you will see that the word Kedaisha is used specifically after Tamar asks what she will receive. Any police officer can tell you that promiscuity becomes prostitution when solicitation occurs! Anyone who knows how to read Rashi or any other commentary such as the Ramban knows that what was said on The Rabbi (sic) Show is an inversion of the truth. Artscroll clearly explains in the footnote that they expanded on the translation of the verse from the explanation of Rashi which is based upon the concept of davar halomed misofo, the first verse is expounded by the succeeding verse that uses the word zonah (which is the more general term but does not necessarily entail solicitation whereas kedaisha does).
Since the broadcasts aired, the Las Vegas Kollel (set up by Yeshivas Chofetz Chaim of Flushing, NY) has said nothing to counter the heresy, continues to daven at the Young Israel and even had the apikorus-rabbi speak at the LV Kollel's Annual Dinner!
How does your local Young Israel rabbi feel about these broadcasts? How does your rabbi feel about the constant emphasis by the excommunicated host that he is the "Rabbi of YOUNG ISRAEL Aish of Las Vegas" ? When the seruv on Yitzchak sWyne resurfaced in 2007, National Council of YOUNG ISRAEL created a
false document from one the Bais Din had invalidated. As can be plainly
seen, the lifting took place in Kislev 5765 and was the document
referred to as a "mistake" in the Tevet 5765 reissuance of the seruv.
The Hebrew document was fraudulently altered (note the Hebrew date on
next to last signature, Lamed-Gimel Elul??) in 2007 and a translation
(with an incorrect translation of Lamed-Gimel) notarized to falsely give the
impression the excommunication was lifted.

These forgeries (Hebrew and English) were used to
file a lawsuit in SECULAR court for the purpose of trying to intimidate
those who were publishing the siruv. Annotations to the forgery are in colored text.
National Council first issued a letter in Janurary 2005 telling people to ignore the seruv.

As can be seen here, Mrs. Shalov HAD submitted to the binding arbitration of the Beth Din of the Rabbinical Council of California over a month before Mr. Pesach Lerner wrote the letter published by National Council of Young Israel placed in public view at the Young Israel Aish of Las Vegas. Mr. Lerner's "encouragement" to Mrs. Shalov was deliberate deception to falsely malign the widow..
National Council of Young Israel submitted false statements to the Las Vegas Municipal Court in Case C594776A charging the widow Susan Shalov with Trespassing further adding to her torment.
Since the Young Israel Constitution states in Section 4.7:
a. President - He shall be in charge of and responsible for all the activities of the organization;
the President of Young Israel in 2005 and 2007 is responsible for FRAUD and FORGERY.
In
perek 7 of sefer Yehoshua we read how "like 36 men" were killed at the
city of Ai. Some say it was only Yair ben Menashe who was killed, for he
was equal to 36 men. But the aveiroh was not his, it was that of
another, Achan ben Carmi. Perhaps Hashem is repeating the story of Yehoshua perek 7?
Is Reb Sholom Rubashkin like Yair ben Menashe in that he is paying the price for an injustice in a different city? Much of Reb Sholom Rubashkin's travails began in autumn of 2007, the same time as this forgery was committed by National Council of Young Israel in order to sue Jews in SECULAR court to be silent about the seruv. Reb Sholom's situation worsened in 2008 after he unwittingly was allied by theforger.
