If this is Halacha regarding a private shul, HOW DARE A YOUNG ISRAEL SYNAGOGUE BAN A WIDOW OR ANYONE ELSE WHO IS NOT EXCOMMUNICATED FROM DAVENING IN A PUBLIC BRANCH OF YOUNG ISRAEL?!

There are many Kosher-style eateries around the country that appear kosher. That's the problem. They are only kosher in appearance but not in reality. They may get their meats from a kosher supplier but then they cook it on Shabbos. In most cases frum people know to avoid such places because they lack any hechsher. But what happens in a case where the place has a name like  Young Israel of Las Vegas that did serve food cooked on Shabbos to the congregation and guests at the direct instruction of the "rabbi" who said at the time "just serve it-no one will know about it".

On Shabbos my husband went into the shul kitchen as they were preparing for a kiddush and noticed that they were mixing mocha mix in hot noodles...clearly Bishul. My husband called in Mr. Wyne and this was his response "just serve it-no one will know about it". There were witnesses to this. After this incident my husband approached Mr. Wyne privately with a Mishna Brurah and was told "just put that book away!".

The same applies to their so called eruv. Oh yes, the lechai'in and lintels of wire are there. But the ochel is in an inaccessible place and the "owner" has proven he will be angry if it is eaten by those he hates and bars from "his" YOUNG ISRAEL  synagogue. YOUNG ISRAEL of Las Vegas only "appears" to have an eruv. But in reality its eruv is as kosher as those kosher-style restaurants that cook on Shabbos.

It also needs to be remembered that since the leader of the synagogue is excommunicated, it is not possible to enter "his" premises and still follow the Halachos of Shulchan Aruch, Yoreh Deah section 334 as stated on the seruv issued by Bais Din. Shulchan Aruch/Orach Chaim/366:5 It must be the case that no one will get angry if his friend eats his eruv.

If he will get angry, it is not an eruv. Because of this, one should be careful not to make

an eruv with something made for Shabbat.

סעיף ה - צריך שלא יקפיד שום אחד

מהם על ערובו אם יאכלנו חברו, ואם

מקפיד אינו ערוב, לכך צריך לזהר שלא

לערב בדבר שתקן לצרך השבת.

Shulchan Aruch/Orach Chaim/394:3 If [the eruv] was placed in a tower, it was locked inside, the key was

lost before it got dark, and it is impossible to remove the eruv without doing definite

work at twilight, it is as if it is lost and not an eruv, because it is impossible to eat it.

סעיף ג - נתנו במגדל ונעל בפניו ואבד

המפתח קדם שחשכה, אם אי אפשר

להוציא הערוב אלא אם כן עשה מלאכה

גמורה בין השמשות, הרי זה כמי שאבד

ואינו ערוב, שהרי אי אפשר לאכלו

WITHHOLD DUES FROM NATIONAL COUNCIL OF YOUNG ISRAEL AS LONG AS THEY CONTINUE OPPRESSING THE WIDOW IN LAS VEGAS!!!!!!

 NATIONAL COUNCIL of YOUNG ISRAEL empowered the persecutor of a WIDOW, the distorter of the Torah, the mocker of observing Shabbos!  How can the prayers of any shul associated with them be heard while the Judgement of Hashem (כִּי הַמִּשְׁפָּט לֵאלֹהִים הוּא Devarim 1:17) delivered by Bais Din a decade ago is ignored!  They violated the oath of their own YOUNG ISRAEL Constitution when they failed to uphold the Torah to protect the WIDOW! They disobeyed and undermined Hashem's Judgement delivered by Bais Din! Their use of FORGERY to support and encourage wickedness makes them even worse than the rosho himself!!

What Orthodox shul has a "rabbi" who would drench an old man with water while he is davening the shma?

HOW CAN NATIONAL COUNCIL OF YOUNG ISRAEL SUPPORT SUCH A DEPRAVED "RABBI" WHO CONTINUOUSLY DESECRATES G-D's NAME ?!!!

This "rabbi" of Young Israel Aish of Las Vegas BUILT IT ON SHABBOS with a JEWISH CONTRACTOR! The "rabbi" even visited the construction occurring on SHABBOS!!  He claimed Rav Noach Weinberg, zt'l, allowed the construction. Rabbonim from Aish HaTorah have said it is impossible that Rav Noach would have permitted the way Yitzchak Wyne built the shul ON SHABBOS!!

The Executive Director of National Council of Young Israel sold the YI of Oxford Circle to idol worshipers & committed FRAUD, PERJURY and FORGERY (click to view) to hide the excommunication of the Las Vegas branch's "rabbi" and perpetuate torment of the widow.

The 4 founding members of the Las Vegas Kollel knew all about the seruv before they came to Las Vegas in 2008. They knew what they were getting into. This was attested to by R. Aryeh Sokoloff of Kew Gardens when he prevented Young Israel's perfidy being exposed in the secular lawsuit National Council themselves had initiated but realized they would lose and be punished for filing a civil lawsuit based upon a forged document. The Kollel disobeyed the seruv and allied themselves with Young Israel for monetary gain. They continue to give Wyne undeserved legitimacy, respectability and public acceptance as a rabbi. The Kollel did not even heed the words read every Shabbos Chazon from Navi Yeshayahu that their prayers for the life of a tzadik (Rav Yosef Kalter zt'l, who joined their group without knowing their hypocrisy) would likely not be heard as they assisted  the moser Yitzchak Wyne in his continued affliction of the widow. They acted like Chiel the Bethelite who ignored the edict of Yehoshua and continued building Yericho even as his sons were dying.

If a minor quantity of milk (less than 1/60) is accidentally mixed into a meat stew, the stew remains kosher. If the same quantity is mixed into the stew intentionally the stew is NOT kosher. So too an eruv constructed with a known halachic flaw has been invalid from its start.

The eruv in West Las Vegas was formed with the full knowledge Young Israel will not allow the widow (and others toward whom hatred was publicly demonstrated) into the shul to partake of the ochel, the food component of the eruv. Halacha considers the rabbi of that Young Israel a heretic for his actions and his public distortions of the Torah and all halachos of excommunication (Yoreh Deah 334) apply to him. For these reasons stated in the Shulchan Aruch Orech Chaim that were deliberately contravened (366:5, 385, 394:3) the eruv is pasul!
The Las Vegas Kollel's say-so to the contrary is worthless without valid halachic explanations or  reasons.
Travelers to Nevada must avoid carrying on Shabbos in the areas surrounding the Young Israel of Las Vegas!
